David Simmons joined Caliber in March 2023 as CEO, bringing a diverse background leading large, multinational organizations in the pharmaceutical industry. He previously served as CEO of PPD, leading a global workforce of more than 30,000 employees across 46 countries, and spent 15 years at Pfizer as President of emerging markets and established product business units. A proud West Virginian who spent a decade in the steel industry, David is a people-focused leader known for his humility and his blue-collar roots.

Promoted to Chief Operating Officer in February 2023, Todd drives market growth and strategic partnerships across the network. Since 1992 he has worked nearly every center-level position — from shop helper, detailer, and painter to service advisor, general manager, regional manager, and most recently Executive Vice President of Operations for Caliber's 11-state west region. He has spearheaded proprietary programs that scaled across the organization, including the Technician Apprentice Program and a comprehensive EV training program for auto body technicians.

Mark leads Caliber's growth businesses — Caliber Auto Glass, Caliber Fleet Solutions, and Protech Automotive Solutions — and advances strategic expansion across emerging opportunities. Since joining in 2023 he has held senior roles including SVP of Central Operations and EVP of Growth Business Lines. Previously Chief Customer Officer at Terminix, with leadership roles at Intuit and Capital One, he holds an M.S. in Management of Information Technology (University of Virginia), an M.B.A. (University of Richmond), and a B.B.A. in Sales and Marketing (Baylor University).

Max leads Caliber's efforts to enhance the client experience, drive customer demand, and strengthen partnerships across the client network. With more than 22 years of industry and operational experience, he previously served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Caliber's Northeast region. A consistent champion of talent development, Max helped create the Technician Apprentice Program (TAP), bringing new talent into the collision industry and setting aspiring technicians on a path to long-term success.

Jason joined Caliber in May 2026 as CFO, bringing more than two decades of financial leadership across large, complex organizations. He previously served as EVP and CFO of SpartanNash (Nasdaq: SPTN), leading Finance, IT, M&A, and Real Estate for a $10 billion organization. Earlier he was CFO of Cornerstone Chemical Company and Borden Dairy Company, with senior finance roles at Celanese, Arrow Electronics, and Kimberly-Clark. He is known for disciplined financial leadership and partnering across the business to support strategic investment and long-term value creation.

Mark joined Caliber in April 2024, bringing more than 25 years of legal leadership across public, private, and private-equity-owned companies — spanning corporate governance, public reporting, strategic transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, risk management, and privacy. For nearly twenty years he led legal departments of Blackstone-owned portfolio companies, spearheaded La Quinta's IPO and the spin-off that created CorePoint Lodging, and served as Chief Legal Officer of Aimbridge Hospitality. He holds a B.A. from the College of William and Mary and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Casey joined Caliber in January 2025, bringing deep expertise in AI, data analytics, and cloud technologies to drive innovation and ensure cybersecurity and resiliency. She previously served as CIO at Asurion, SVP of Business Process Innovation at AllianceBernstein, and CIO at General Atlantic, following an early career as an aerospace engineer in NASA's Mission Control. She serves on the boards of Omnicom and Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey. A graduate of MIT (B.S.), Wharton (M.B.A.), and the Lauder Institute (M.A.), she is recognized for advancing technology and business transformation.

Joel joined Caliber in August 2025, bringing extensive experience leading global cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance. He has held executive security roles at Maxim Integrated, Safran, General Electric, and Sunrun, directing large-scale programs that protect critical assets and operations worldwide. He is recognized for building security organizations that safeguard data, ensure regulatory compliance, and enable business growth.

David joined Caliber in December 2022, leading all facets of teammate services including career and leadership development, recruiting, and HR operations. He came to Caliber from Terminix Global Holdings, where as Chief HR Officer he built HR analytics that improved teammate retention and the front-line experience. He holds a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan and proudly served in the U.S. Navy from 1992 to 1999.

Shawn brings over 39 years of experience in the automotive collision industry with deep roots across insurance carriers. He is responsible for evaluating acquisitions, supporting Caliber's efforts to diversify its offerings, and building strategic partnerships. His perspective stems from launching start-ups and owning and operating multi-location businesses. A graduate of UCLA's Anderson School for Executive Management, Shawn serves on several insurance boards.
